Jessica Kelmelis met with Robert and Patricia Ueberbacher regarding their vacant property at 0 Woodchuck Hollow. They presented an appraisal in defense of their opinion of value. Jessica will review the appraisal and correspond after the Board’s next meeting. Susan Moore recused herself from discussions on applications for property within the Wildwood Property Owners Association.
The June meeting minutes were read and accepted.
One Chapter 61B application was granted and signed.
Jessica reviewed the status on 101 and 130 values with Susan Moore for FY 2014.
Meeting was suspended until the afternoon when Susan Voudren would be present.
